SPATIAL ADVERTISING ON SMARTPHONES/TABLETS
Mobile advertising is experiencing rapid growth as more and more viewers turn to their smartphones/tablets for news and on-the-go entertainment. To meet this demand, we offer ‘spatial ads’ for clients, bringing their brands/products/promotions into the evolving landscape of interactive 3D media.
EYE-TRACKING + GYROSCOPE: Because mobile devices can’t offer the same stereoscopic depth as headsets like the Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro, we use their advanced eye-tracking and gyroscopic systems to create stunning parallax effects strikingly similar to stereoscopic 3D+. Eye-tracking systems (such as ‘TrueDepth’ on iPhones/iPads) allow us to shift the perspective of our spatial content based on the position of the viewer, creating a sense of depth and immersion that radically transforms the viewing experience for our mobile users:
Combining eye-tracking with haptic feedback systems built right into smartphones and tablets, we create unforgettable 'spatial ads' for our mobile viewers, expanding the reach of spatial media to millions, possibly billions of active smartphone/tablet users across the globe. Say, for example, we created a spatial advertisement for the newest SCREAM movie, where GHOSTFACE appears in terrifying 3D+:
Ghostface is 100% interactive with viewers, sensing not only the position of their mobile devices, but the position of their eyes via advanced eye-tracking, enabling Ghostface to respond to specific user decisions: so when the viewer locks eyes with him through their device, Ghostface senses this and responds with a customized animation, SWINGING his knife and carving a giant red “7” into your screen (with full haptic vibrations) to promote “SCREAM 7”:
These dynamic ‘spatial ads’ are delivered to viewers through in-app advertising, appearing in apps like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Netflix, BET MGM, Candy Crush, Monopoly GO! and so on, seamlessly blending popular mobile experiences with spatial media events that deepen brand impressions and user engagement.
